Sensors calculation in DL-Instant
In DL-Instant you can place sensors inside the 3D model to calculate luminance and illuminance on the sensors.
The calculation is extremely fast due to its progressive rendering system. It takes only a few seconds to get the results and get a good understanding of the daylight distribution inside the 3D model.
Visualising via images helps to understand the daylight distribution within a space but the numerical results give the actual values that are needed to evaluate the current status of the project in details.
In DL-Instant you can place sensors anywhere on the image and their key values, luminance and illuminance, will be calculated immediately. In DL-Instant calculating these sensors only takes seconds, giving you the values you need immediately.
Along with the values you get a stability index showing the confidence you can have in the result. Since this is progressive rendering the values are continuously refined and more precise, but after a few seconds the results are stable and there is no need to wait any longer.
